Terms and refunds

These terms cover course bookings, aircraft orders and operations work with Agri Squadron Pty Ltd (ABN 65 648 273 929).

Course bookings and payment

The full course fee is payable at booking, either online or by invoice. Your seat is confirmed once payment is received.

Prices are in Australian dollars. Agri Squadron Pty Ltd is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged.

CASA application fees are separate and paid directly to CASA.

You need a CASA Aviation Reference Number (ARN) before you can be issued a licence. If you don't have one, we'll help you apply.

Enrolment for each intake closes 3 days before the course starts.

Minimum class size

Each intake runs with a minimum of 3 students.

If an intake hasn't reached 3 paid students by its enrolment deadline, we'll contact you and you can choose either a free transfer to another intake or a full refund.

Transfers and cancellations by you

Transfers to another intake are free up to 14 days before your course starts.

Cancellations made more than 14 days before your course starts are refunded in full, less a $100 administration fee.

Cancellations made 14 days or less before your course starts aren't refunded, but we'll transfer you to a later intake once at no charge.

If you don't attend without notice, the fee isn't refunded.

Changes and cancellations by us

If we need to cancel or reschedule an intake, you can choose a free transfer or a full refund.

Practical flying depends on weather. If a practical session is postponed for safety reasons, we'll reschedule it at no extra cost.

Assessment and safety

Completing the course doesn't guarantee a pass. Licences are issued by CASA, not by Agri Squadron.

If you don't pass an assessment first time, we'll talk you through your re-assessment options before any further cost.

During practical training you must follow your instructor's safety directions. We may stop or reschedule a session if conditions or conduct are unsafe.

Promotion and referral codes

One code per booking. Codes have no cash value, can't be combined, and may carry their own expiry and conditions.

Aircraft orders

Aircraft are supplied against a written quote. A deposit paid online holds your order; the balance is invoiced and payable by bank transfer before delivery.

Deposit, delivery, warranty and return terms for each order are set out in your quote.

Operations work

Spraying, inspection, survey and other operations are quoted per job. Scope, price and payment terms are set out in the quote you accept.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
