What we collect

Your name, email address and phone number when you enrol or send an enquiry.

Your CASA ARN, if you provide it, so we can prepare your licence paperwork.

Details you give us about a job or an aircraft enquiry, such as location, crop and area.

If you pay online, card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout. We never see or store your card number.

How we use it

To run your course: confirming your seat, sending joining details and course materials, and preparing CASA paperwork.

To reply to enquiries and prepare quotes.

To send occasional updates about new course dates. You can opt out at any time.

Who we share it with

CASA, where needed for your licence application.

Stripe, to process payments.

Our hosting and email providers, who store and send information on our behalf.

We don't sell your personal information.

Where it's stored

Enrolment and student records are stored on servers in Sydney, Australia. Payment processing by Stripe may take place overseas.

Cookies and sign-in

We use your browser's storage only to keep you signed in to your student account. We don't use advertising cookies.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by contacting us on 0433 180 264 or at Suite 4, Level 7, 377 Sussex Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
