Remote Pilot Licence, five days, flown on our aircraft.

Nine theory units sat in class, then a practical assessment. You leave with the licence and the operating procedure to be employable, not just certified.

Where you'll train

Theory is taught in our training room in the Sydney CBD — air-conditioned, with large screens for charts and airspace work, and space for a class of ten.

  • TheorySuite 4, Level 7
377 Sussex Street, Sydney NSW 2000
  • PracticalOutdoor flying site —
    details in your joining letter
  • Hours08:30–16:30, Monday to Friday

What the week looks like

  • Theory delivered in class, not handed over as self-study video
  • Flight planning, JSA and risk assessment written the way clients expect
  • Practical manoeuvres built up in sequence until the assessment
  • Taught by pilots who fly spraying, powerline and survey work
  • Course notes and templates are yours to keep after the course ends

Who it suits

  • Farm staff and agronomists adding spraying or mapping in-house
  • Surveyors, utilities and civil crews bringing drone work off contract
  • Operators buying an aircraft who need the licence to fly it legally
  • Pilots who want commercial work rather than a hobby licence
